Refund policy

1-year warranty: if your PRONOIA 01 has a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it free of charge.

Accidental damage: one free replacement pair per order within 12 months of delivery. You return the damaged pair to the address we provide.

All sales are final except for warranty claims. Misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorised modification is not covered. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
